Internet Explorer hijacked

from Microsoft. I did, and couldn't even find out how to get my mail. If you are running XP, or a system that will let you do it, do a system restore to a date before this happened. Start ... programs ... accessories .... system tools ... system restore ... pick a date .... steve "L" wrote in message ... Go to the Start button, and chose the Control Panel called "Add and Remove
Programs". You will find that removing Windows Internet Explorer 7 will return your browser back to the original version 6 with no other problems. I've done this on several computers of family / friends. Smarty "Steve B" wrote in message ... You probably inadvertently did the update, and it installed the new browser from Microsoft.
