Default Free-air cable decoder

Plz! i want to know how i can convert a VCR into a free air cable
receiver(decoder), through some built-in device;that is by installing
some electronic components into the VCR and through its antennae.

it's pretty easy. i did mine last night-took about 10 minutes. check the
web site.
