Default Looking for something like the clapper for a wall switch

I'm looking for something like the clapper for a wall switch that
controls my bedroom lights. I'm NOT interested in X10. Anyone know of
something that fits the bill?

I have a small remote control wall switch that does quite well. It's
available at the Orange Box store for about $20. The wall switch itself
still controls the light, but so does the remote control on my night
stand. Installation was basically just like a new switch.

BTW, it's also a dimmer, so it has to be a load capable of being dimmed.

X-10 by any other name is still an X-10

Many remote switching products are based on the same technology.

I think the OP wants a hands free option (excepting the clapping)
