Default Using Techshield as wall sheathing

Anyone use Techshield radiant barrier OSB as wall sheathing in a southern
climate? If so, what did you think?

I am considering pros/cons of 1/2" Techshield with a housewrap vs standard
1/2" CDX with 15# asphalt felt paper under Hardie plank siding.

Thanks.

For Techshield to act as a radiant barrier it needs
at least 3/4" air space on the shinny side.

If the housewrap, felt, insulation or siding is
going to touch the shinny surface save your money
and buy plain OSB or plywood of the appropriate span
rating.

Cheers Mike. I had that suspicion.
