I have seen so many advertisements of different Real Estate players
offering low cost housing in Delhi/NCR

I would like to ask every one available in the group whether
increament in the value of the plots/space etc is a result of
different people engaged in selling process or what?

These days everyone is crying for the value increased in the property/
real estate recently although indian Real estate sector growth is
marred by recession.

I am not getting why the circle value is inflated by the people or
brokers unnecessary?

Need the opnion of every body
