"right of first refusal" to purchase freehold for leaseholder
 

Hi all,

I have a leasehold flat in a converted house, the other flat is owned
by the freeholder.
The freeholder is selling the flat and I presume along with the
freehold.

Do I have a right of first refusal to purchase the freehold and or the
freehold flat for the
same offer price? If so how do I proceed?

How do you expect anyone to answer that without:

A - Reading your lease, which is where I would expect any such right to
be spelled out.

B- Knowing where you are located, so that someone might know of any
local laws that might govern this?

No, not unless this is (a) specified in your lease, or (b) implied by
local landlord/tenant laws.
