This is a one of the bedrooms in a townhome at Baywater. The place is
HUGE! 2000sq-ft. You have a private bathroom.

The appartment is furnished, but the room is unfurnished (I might be
willing to furnish, contact me).

Internet, Cable TV, and Trash are included in the rent of $275/mo. You
need to pay electricity (~$30/mo) and water/sewage (~$5/mo).
The lease is from mid Dec and ends at end of July 2006. Contact me if
you are serious, we can negotiate.

There are two grad students living in th appartment and an undergrad.
They are very nice, and very clean people.
