If glass is broken for Sealed window due to whatever reason( may be
stress related ,Not somebody broke it), Is window will be covered
under warranty ?

My window repair person says there is no warrant for this. Warranty
available for seal leak only.

A local window person with lot of years of experience did it. Can it be
(mis)installed when you have to just put the pane in the frame and glue
it? He changed the pane about 5 months ago getting it from manucaturer
as my earlier pane was fogged due to broken seal.

Is change in temp (as Fall is here) can be reason for break? When
maufacturer gives 5 yrs of warranty, I think I am unlucky here to
change it in 5 months. Or bad glass company also is a matter of concern
here.

It'd be really weird for glass to break without a ****load (or metric
****load) of stress put on it. Anyone who's ever tried to break glass
(especially tempered stuff) can appreciate how difficult it can be.

Given the history, what I'm suggesting is that the original window
installation was flawed and there's stress on the frame that'
responsible not only for the broken seal, but also the current
problem. I'd lay odds on an improperly hung frame vs having a
defective seal followed my somehow defective cracking glass. The
pane installer guy could've done perfect work, but if the frame is not
installed correctly, every bit of glass you put in there might
continue to have problems.

The change in weather can trigger breakage but should not for a
properly installed window.
