Default zone problem

HVAC guy has been here two days and connot fix our zone system.
Upstairs dampers would not work and whole system would freeze up. He
replaced thre damper whcih was warped but now the interior fan will not
go off and the upstairs will still not cool! He says the signal from
thermostat is there but unti will not obey. I changed the thermostats
to digital about a year ago and think that is the problem but he says
no. He thinks the main computer board on the wall and is bad and is
going to replace it now. Any suggestions to pass on to him?

Well I think he said the signal comes in from the thermostat but the
unit does not respond to it. they are to bring new wall board today and
try that. Thing ha been problem for 2 years, burned up on inside board,
one damper motor, dampers appears to be warped and have been replaced,
on and on.
