the 741CN is an op amp.

you can look this up yourself and get the datasheets for the pinouts
and operations from a few different websites.
www.jameco.com Jameco Electronics, has a good database. just make
sure that you search by manufacturer, and not jameco part #.

www.ti.com also has quite a few in it's database, but i didn't find
this particular chip.
