The circuitry on DVD to stop copying is it similar to the old Copyguard
standard of 25 years ago?If you wanted to make a copy from a home DVD
player to VHS tape how would this be done?

Various kits exist for macrovision removal, check the prices for those,
although I believe there are various types of macrovision
