Hi,
From what I am read now on an internet site, I understand that radio waves moving through the atmosphere behave quite differently at different frequency. This is due to the effect of the sun on the atmosphere, and it changes from day to night, as well as from year to year. Is this also true for Cellular phones? if they why never notice any difference?
