Default Repair On Digital Camera

Hi. My friend gave me his SOny Mavica digital camera that does not
work. It is an older model with the floppy as the saving medium or
the stick. I thought maybe the motor like a A drive in the pc may
have gone. he says it don't write or nothing. Batteries are great and
thinks his son may have pulled the disk out while it was writing to
the floppy. What might be the problem and if the motor can It be
fixed. Sony themselves and camera stores want well around 150.00 to
200.00 to fix it and as you know you can almost by a real good one for
that price already. Nick

One will need the expertise and specialized tools for diagnosing and
servicing that particular device. Best to have SONY repair it for you or opt
for a viable replacement.
