Default receiving Channel Five

Hope I'm OK in this group.......
Can somebody help me?
I have a two TV's. One can receive Channel 5, but the one with a VCR on
cannot. I seem to remember that when Channel 5 started, all VCR's had to be
retuned. Can some kind person let me know what and how I retune my Sony VCR?
Thanks in anticipation....

et out the owner's manual and follow the instructions. Or download a copy
for your particular VCR from Sony.
