Default LEDs shimmer randomly as though on fire - Novotill FireLight
The circuit at http://members.shaw.ca/novotill/ uses a couple of 4000
series CMOS logic chips to generate random coin-toss output into an
LED. This looks like a burning shimmering flickering flame.
