Can somebody get a schematic + pcb for a stungun?
I'm willing to make one, but not finding a pcb layout or the necessary
transformators (bobins or coils) to build this.

Only for studies, not for use against somebody.

What could you possibly hope to study by making such a thing?

Electric shock can kill. Don't believe anybody who tells you these
gadgets are guaranteed safe.
