Default Class AB output stage components

Hi,
I have a need for a low output impedance class AB output stage. The
supply is single rail +500v. The problem is finding readily available
components to build the output stage. I think this is safely FET
territory but finding a P-channel FET is somewhat problematic. Does
anyone have suggestions?

Thanks
Simon
