Default

Normal for Panasonics is select CABLE, Select SLEEP TIMER 30, select CHANNEL
124, press volume - button on set until chk appears, press power button on
remote. The rest is button selectable via the remote, many things can be
ruined by doing the incorrect parametre change. Action and Power held
together will exit.
