Default CTC 203 RCA T.V.!

Dead, "picked at"....of course! PWM power supply working fine,
Standby secondaries are ok, on startup...it tries three times, & high
voltage does come up momentarily! Then shuts right down! Sometimes,
it takes a couple of tries to switch it on! 5 volts to EEprom, & has the one
ribbon Gemstar module, & I've unplugged that, but the same thing! Horizontal
output, flyback, CRT, yoke, & vertical IC have been eliminated! B + to
flyback
& horiz output should be 143 v, & is 250 volts! Ideas? Rono.
