Alarms are a touchy subject. You are usually unable to get public
help, as there is no way to know if you are a legitimate owner, or
someone trying to defeat one.

Alarm system are a security issue. They do not supply any tech
information to non authorized service reps.

Call back your alarm service rep for proper repairs.

These systems are modular, and are serviced at the modular level. The
power supply board may have to be changed, or the monitoring module may
be defective (depending on the exact nature of the fault).

If you have a zone that is giving a false indication, this may be the
wire or connection to that zone device that is defective, or the device
itself. As for myself, I have had the occasional failure of a motion
detector, or a module, or something along that line.
