Default Daytek DT-77A - Dead

I have a DT-77A Daytek monitor that is dead. The HV tries to come up
but immediately the set shuts down. While its trying to power up it
appears for a moment that I have the correct scan derived voltages.
Also looks like Q445 had gotten hot but solder connections and testing
with analog - check ok. C443 has changed in value, changed part but
still no power. I am not familiar with this model nor do I have a
schematic diagram. Any help to resolve this problem would be
appreciated!

Thanks!
Ty
