Default RCA DRC230N Problem

If the fault is with one disk out of many, I would assume the disk to not be
in good condition. If it is with a number of disks, the tracking alignment,
or the condition of the laser may not be very good.

You should however, try cleaning the laser lens, in case it is being
effected by dirt.

I have a problem with this DVD player. Occasionally it gets a burr up its
butt and doesnt want to play a certain disc. A couple cycles through Power
On/Off and it works. The real issue I am having that I cant pinpoint is
that it makes this clicking noise when I load in a disc, again it seems to
happen every so often, but more nowadays.

Anyone have any ideas what the issue is? The warranty just ran out (Go
figure) And I suspect the problem might be getting worse. Thanks

Regards,
-P
