Default Reading specs

Can someone read off the specs for the 2SK2279 from the following file.

http://www.bdent.com/specifications/...wermosfets.pdf

I cannot make heads or tails of it. Can't even work out if it is a NPN
or PNP transistor.

Thanks

TEX
