Default Tone Elements for old GE twoway radio

I need to find a tone element for old G E twoway This is the RED
element that is 3" LONG X 7/8 " SQUARE with 7 pin plug on one end.
NEED 167.9 hz I have a 123.0 HZ (WRONG FREQ) with Pt# PL19B2052BOG12
Any body got this & How much
