Default HELP! Converge Yoke Screwup

Panasonic pt61hx40b...Tried to converged side yoke in service mode. Went into D-13 and picture went into two small boxes near top and moved wording right to left. Did it again after recovering it. Now cannot get into service mode because it is off screen. Repairman replaced the convergence chips but now says one or two of the yokes need to be replaced. He says if I only did it once. Is this true? Wish there was a reset button. I wish I didnt try and DIY!

oops!! This is a major reason we try and dissuade customers from doing
anything in the service modes with their equipment. True, you bought it, you
own it, but do you really want to FUBARD it??

oops..... this happens so many times. A repair that might have been
economically feasible at a repair shop is now much more expensive
because of a failed and aborted home repair attempt. This is the cost
of self-education if not limited by common sense and research before
digging in.... as Clint Eastwood said in his Dirty Harry movies... "a
man's got to know his limitations"
