Hi,
Got a 14" LCD screen that has no picture. Anyone have any info on this? Can't find a schematic anywhere. Power light comes on so I know the powerpack is working. Thanks! Kirk S. |

If so, it's possible the inverter or light itself are malfunctioning. Possibly fixable with a new light, or fixing the inverter. Aside from checking that everything's tight and there are no obvious damage points (capacitors which are bulging, for example), there's little a repairman can do to fix an LCD. If the screen's broken, it gets replaced as a single part, and it's likely more expensive than it's worth. Start looking for rebate-specials on 15" LCDs |
