Sony InfoLithium Batteries
The battery to my Sony camcorder (battery model NP-F330) has gotten to a
point where it's no longer usable. FYI this is a lithium-ion ("InfoLithium") type with about 90 minutes capacity. When it was new, it worked great, the time remaining counter was accurate right to the minute. Over the years, it got so it would show the low battery warning (and shut down shortly afterwards) long before it was supposed to. Now at five years old, it runs for a maximum of five minutes on a supposedly full charge. Is it time for a replacement, or is there any way to "rejuvenate" it? |
