Need Capacitor info for blown cap

I have a cap that controls a remote for a sylvania ssc190.

The cap has this language on it:
FNR 3310
2.5 - 4m
D/C 120V

Can anyone giv eme a part # to search for or something where I can
walk into a parts shop and get it?
