Default Dedicated Micros help needed

Does any one have info on a Dedicated Micros model #DM/SPR2/S/E/M/ML.
It is a Quad video multiplexer. Needing info on the power supply for
this unit, possibly a PSU43W. If anyone can provide pin out info as to
voltages used on what pins, this would sure help.
Thanks in advance.

I am also in the same boat looking for a power supply, PSU43W, does anyone
have one? Did you get one from F. Freeman?
