Default philips 14pv320 tvcr 99 delta

hello,

I try to repair a Philips 14pv320 tvcr 99 delta
i changed the mc44608p75 and a transistor bc557c which were roasted
now the TV makes a regular "tic tic tic ..." but does not want to start

any idea ?

It sounds very much like there is a problem in the SMPS
check all components in that section.
Look for a shorted diode or bad caps.
The tic tic usually means the power supply is loaded down.
