Default NTE Equiv Needed

Anyone know what a good NTE/ECG replacement would be
for a PQ3RD13 (Sharp Electronics) IC General Purpose Voltage
Regulator?

It's from my RCA DVD player model RC5220P.

The datasheet:
sharp-world.com/products/device/lineup/data/pdf/datasheet/pq05rd11_e.pdf

In my old ECG manual a(n) ECG/NTE954 looks like would work but I don't
think NTE makes the NTE954 anymore.
