Hallo again!

I have a problem with my good old trusty VCR, an ORION VH-635RC...

The tuner/memory doesn't work reliably any more. When I switch my VCR off
and on, or change
channels via the +/- keys, some stations are present, others aren't. These
"dead" channels change
on every cycle, they appear and disappear just as they want.

I noticed that the LED-displays for BAND go from VHF to UHF when a channel
is bad. So I
think the memory unit isn't read out correctly every time.

Any ideas where to look for the problem? (I don't have any schematics...)
