LG TV CE-28H86T

I got a LG tv picture is stretched out ( to big to fit on screen )
Found C410 10uF/250V bad.
Replaced C410 with new and tested tv the thing thats happens now is C410 becomes very hot and start to smoke.

any help is welcome
