Default Magnavox RH8524 Lives

Just wanted to say thanks for the tips!

Replaced the burned cap, reconnected the board and the set works again!

P.S. Now if I only hadn't shorted those transistor leads measuring voltage
on that broken monitor. Lost HV and now set won't even power up. Must have
fried something in the PS startup circuit because it was still live until I
turned it off. Taped the lead on my meter so it won't happen again...
