CTC203s losing sound
I've now had about 15 of these in the shop for no sound, find the speakers
turned off in the menu, turn them on to regain sound, give them back to the customer only to have them call in a few days or weeks saying the same thing happened. They claim they are not even using the remote when the problem occurs. Getting to be a nuisance. Anybody have a fix for this, or maybe I have 15 different operator errors? Thanks, Ron |
