Default faulty V70 Compaq monitor model 621

Sorry everyone I looked for the FCCID number but could not find it.
this could be similar to Samsung CGL777 or even Samsung Snycmaster CGH7609T

Anyway the monitor looks dead apart from the power LED flickers on and off a
few times before staying off,

Could someone tell me what transistor "Q603" is, the side of it blew out,
and the track going to the collector has partly burnt off, I will have to
replace with a wire link,
If it is any help to make sure you have the right circuit the power
regulator is STR-F652.
