Help with 19" Viewsonic PS790 works but get cliccking
I have this monitor that once evry few minutes gets a clicking sound and a
raster cycle thru the screen. The clicking sound appears to be coming around or inside the flyback. I have redone all of the cold joint and looked for bad active comonents and bad electrolytic capacitors. Could it be the flyback itself or a a non electrolytic capacitor doing this. What is your past experience with a symptom like this? Thank you for your help |

I have a similar prob with the same model PS790. After 5 years of operation it started to make the clicking sound and the screen shrinks. A technician advised to replece the flyback, but I couldn't find it.
Did you find a solution? Please help... |
