Default D36TF30 - Dead

Hey all,

I have a D36TF30 that is dead. It has Q14451 shorted, replaced the
part. Now when I start up the unit I hear a buzz/sizzle (weird noise)
that don't seem right! I'm afraid that I'm gonna blow up the HOT
again (its an expensive part) if I continue to let the set start up so
I just shut it down again. Upon researching the set I've found that
only the HOT was replaced and the set worked. I'm wondering if anyone
has seen any other parts replaced as well as the HOT. This is only
the second time I've seen this chassis! Any input is greatly
appreciative!
