Hi - wondering of somebody can help with a problem
Just bought this monitor 2nd hand.

When the computer boots up, the screen has a problem with the horizontal or
vertical sync / refresh, it just keeps scrolling down, slow on the 1st
screen, mem check, hdd etc (slightly readable), then really fast on the 2nd
(unreadable), slower on the initial windows boot up, then perfect picture in
windows at 800x600, 1200*1024 etc. But it wont work at 1024*768 (same
issue).

Any ideas what the issue is with the horizontal or vertical sync / refresh
when starting up ??

Sorry if the above is a bit confusing, very hard to explain
