![]() Hi Got a Nokia 446 Pro that don't display the picture. Green indication lamp is on. What I know about it so far: When the monitor died it was sparkling. Found R421 from 180 V to transitor T405 burned. T405 (J512) was shorted. One of the legs from T405 goes through one of the inductors in M401 to which I guess is the primary side of M402. This side of M402 is connected to what I guess the brightness control. Big IC SLA5058 containing a bunch of transistor regulated by the main processor. On the secondary side of the M402 there is two reistors R451, R452 that has been really heaten up but seams to be OK.(burn marks on the PCB). These to resistors goes up to the FBT pin 12. I hope there is someone out there who has a scheme on monitor so he can understand what I am talking about. I need help to take some clear out what has gone wrong. Could it just be that is was the transistor that just blow or is the a reaction of something else? Why has the resistors connected to the FBT been heaten up so much? I really hope that there is someone out there who knows a little bit more about this monitor than I do. Anyone think that there is a chance to get this monitor working again or is just to put it on the scrapheap. Cheers Larso |
