Default PANASONIC Tx-33v2x chassis M16M

I have a 80cm set that when u turn on from the front panel, get's sound and
squahed pic for about 2 secs, then switches off. Sounds like an current
overload and the PSU is switching off, maybe out of spec componet. Anyone
come accross this prob b4?. Does anyone have access to fault-find Database?

Cheers.

Deflection circuit problems, squashed top to bottom indicates vertical
circuits, squashed left to right indicates horizontal circuits. Either
condition probably will cause the protect circuits to power down the set.
Diagnostics will include checking operational potentials in the related
circuits during the power up and run sequence.
