Default Panasonic PT-51G40U shuts down 1 second after power button pushed.

This model came in with dead complaint and have to get set leave
shutdown mode by unplugging and plug in and try power on while looking
for something ususual with meter & scope. Have full schematic but no
troubleshooting section. The schematic says to check for HV need to
unplug the red CRT and reinstall with HV lead to the HV probe.
Nothing more and I'm wary about that method.

Checked everything, caps, resistors, looked for shorts. Nothing found
out of unusual. CRT seals is intact, there's no coolant leak.

Cheers,

Wizard
