Hello!

My TV is dead. No picture, no sound. When I put the cable to the wall
socket I can hear a brrr sound for a second but nothing more. When I
put on the power on button, the red led just blinks one time and after
that nothing.
I hope someone can tell me what`s wrong and where the problem is
situated on the circuit board, and numberID on components on the
circuit board.
