Run into a problem. I have this Toshiba CX28519 CTV, had a Vertical problem.
Changed AN5521 with all caps in the stage. Problem still persits. Anybody
with any tricks Please

You need to describe the "Vertical problem" with a few more details........
what was the original problem and why did you change the AN5521 ? Did the
symptoms change at all after installing the new chip ?
Did you check the electrolytics near and around the vertical output
circuitry c3xx series ...... usually c305, c308 and others..... and toward
the center of the pcb a small electrolytic, c301 near the jungle chip?

have you Check de resistor and diode from the flyback ?.
