Hi

I purchased a Sony DVP NS330 DVD player today. It was a region 2 player, I
asked in the shop to make it a multi region - which they did. All I want to
know is how on earth did they do it, by a series of remote commands or did
they do something inside? Either way they were very quick about it.

It's just a firmware patch, takes about 30 seconds to do.
