Default Two dead Intel S370 chips

Hi group.

Neither of these chips work in a known good mainboard (A-Trend
ATC7460M)

There's no beep codes if the chip(s) are plugged in with no memory
fitted . One showed signs of having been overheated , the other seems
OK .

(yes i used an HSF).

Does anyone have :-

1) The maual for this mainboard
2) a spare S370 board i can use to test these things ?
One's a P-3 750 w/100 FSB and the other is a Celeron 600.

Thanks .
