Hi, I have an RCA TV model # G26353TN
older 25 inch stereo console S - Video. Has trace lines all over screen. would this be a cap problem, transistor or what? and where would they be located? |

Could be lots of possibilities. What preliminary troubleshooting have you performed in crt drive voltage measurements or video waveform analysis at the crt?
Just not enough information to provide any better detail. You probably would be better served to take the set into a qualified service technician for proper and safe diagnosis and repair. At least get an estimate so you can make an intelligent decision on whether to have the set repaired.
