Default Pinouts/Datasheet for HA11423 and/or HA11431?

I am poking around in a Apple A2M6021 composite monitor. I am curious what
the pinouts are of these two chips.

I cannot find any info online about exact pinouts, and only found that the
HA11423 seems to be a sync separator/generator chip, and the HA11431(NT) is
some type of composite/NTSC conversion chip (perhaps NTSC-RGB???)

Does anyone have the pinouts or spec sheets on these they'd be willing to
post? Looking to see if these are possible hack points (through isolation
transformer of course) for analog RGB CGA input (15.75hz horiz), bypassing
the ntsc color composite to rgb conversion.

Thanks!

Both datasheets (including application circuits) are available from
http://www.freetradezone.com. Registration is free.
