KINGMAN — A Bullhead City man was indicted on seven felony counts for
allegedly molesting two girls.

A Mohave County grand jury indicted Thomas Gilbert Ramirez, 38, of
molestation of a child, attempted sexual conduct with a minor, indecent
exposure, two counts of aggravated assault and three counts of attempted
molestation of a child. He is expected to be arraigned on the charges
Wednesday before Superior Court Commissioner Derek Carlisle. A defendant
tried and convicted of the child molestation charge as a dangerous crime
against children faces from 10 to 24 years in prison.

According to police reports, a 14-year-old girl told her grandmother
that while staying at a friend’s house on Country Club Drive, Ramirez,
her friend’s uncle, who also lived at a home, touched her
inappropriately. An 11-year-old girl who lives nearby also reported that
she was inappropriately touched during a different incident in the past
month, Bullhead City police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said.
