Does "Distance Learning" get you a job as an electronic technician? What school did you go to ? Thank You for Your input James I started as a mobile installer in the late 70's. Already had electronics in the blood, knowing how to solder basic understanding about principals I was selected for some advanced on the job training. Within a couple years I had surpassed my mentors. I have trained techs fresh out of school. One I remember couldn't solder two wires together. Having a diploma won't land you a job necessarily. You'll still need some pretty extensive training and someone willing to give it to you. -- Live Fast Die Young, Leave A Pretty Corpse |
